IZAKA-YA by KATSU-YA to open in South Bay
L.A. Sushi giant Katsu-Ya is opening another of it's Izaka-Ya restaurants in Manhattan Beach. The restaurant will take over the space formerly occupied by Octopus across from The Kettle. I will keep you up to date with opening info as well as a review of the original. In case you decide to venture to your local Katsu-Ya before then, here is the must list:
